  I had an excellent reflexology experience with Eric (courtesy of Groupon).
From the first touch (strong skilled hands), you can tell Eric knows what he's doing.
Aside from being friendly, Eric is also studying Chinese medicine, so his knowledge goes beyond the massage world.

  I had an incredible massage here with Tuan. I really recommend giving Harbor Wellness a try, and ask for Tuan!

For others who may be visiting for the first time, the entrance is on the right side of the complex in 555 w hastings if you are looking north. There is a tim hortons and then the plaza entrance to the right, the door to Harbor Wellness is just right under the sign saying Food court and shops.
